I had reserved the movers to come on 9/2/11 at 4pm. I received a phone call at 3:55 pm from these movers cancelling service due to a viewing they needed to attend. They should of notified me of this prior to the day of the move. The man then promised me he would be at my house that evening at 10 pm and I kept the UHaul. The man never showed up nor did he even call to cancel. This is terrible service and very unprofessional.....This was the worse experience I have ever had.... I hope others do not have to experience what I had to go through.

DO NOT USE !!! After I "hired" Johns brothers I had to call them to confirm. I spoke with Mr Phil Johns and he assured me they would be there as scheduled and call the night before to confirm directions. NO CALL the night before, no call the day of!
Tried calling them would not answer phones.
NO SHOW !!!!!!!! Left us totally stuck!
Very unprofessional.
